Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that in the case that your order arrives broken or defective, or if you simply change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days of receiving your order will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and at this point, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
